Water – 2 cups

Lemon – some bells



Sugar – 2 cups



Saffron – some crop

How to become a rose berry?

  1. First of all you need to soak the semolina in 1/2 cup water so that it can be soft.

  2. Mix a bowl in milk powder, ghee, baking powder and flour.

  3. Remove all excess water from soaked semolina and add it to the bowl.

  4. Now mix the mixture between your palms and mix them together to ensure that everything is well-formed. Do not knead it.

  5. Add enough milk to make a medium-hard mixture. Cover with a moist dry towel and keep aside for 20-25 minutes

  6. Divide the mixture into 18-20 parts later. Slowly roll the balls into rolling each part between your palms in a smooth ball. Put the balls on a plate

  7. Heat oil over high and then reduce heat by medium. Slip into balls in hot oil from the pan side, one by one, they will be submerged under the pan, but do not try to move them. Instead, stir the pan to keep the ball from one side to brown just one side. After about 5 minutes, the surface of the balls will increase. If the temperature is right then the ball should move slowly upwards. Now take a squid spoon and move it into circular motion in oil, make sure not to touch the balls, it will shake the balls and even all the balls will also shine.

  8. If the temperature of the oil is too high then the balloon jamans must be broken. So to adjust the temperature, make sure not to break the golmaal berries or cook very quickly.

  9. Balls should be very slow under medium temperature. It will make sure to cook completely from inside and even brown color.

  • Syrup should be done first and should be kept warm. Mix 2 cups of water into 2 cups water to make hot sugar syrup. Add 4-5 cardamom pods, a little crush and some saffron “saffron”.

  • Mix with one teaspoon and then dissolve all the water in the water for 5-10 minutes on medium heat till heat.

Do not overheat, adding sugar to some lemon drops, it will ensure that the syrup becomes cool once it is not overwhelming.

  • Transfer this hot syrup into a sewing dish.

  • Put the fried rose berries directly in the hot syrup to keep warm on the stove. Leave the balls of rose berries in a good night in good night, for good results.

  • They can be served hot or at room temperature.
