How to Make Paneer Pakora Recipe?



Ingredients to be used –
250 gms Paneer

1 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)

1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt

How To Make Paneer Pakora:

  1. First of all you have to beat the chickpea flour with some water to make a thick batter in a blender for 4-5 minutes to incorporate air (this will make the batter fluffier).
  2. Then, let the batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place
  3. And cut the paneer into thick cubes.
  4. Now, sprinkle little salt, chili powder on the cubes
  5. Then dip the cubes of paneer in the batter
  6. And deep fry in oil that is heated to 375°.
  7. Now drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
  8. And it is ready to serve the paneer pakora with coriander or mint chutney
