Galgal Pickle-Galgal Ka Achar






  1. 1 kg galgal (big lime)
  2. 225 grams Salt (Namak)
  3. 30 grams kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  4. 15 to 20 grams Turmeric (Haldi)
  5. 20 grams Red chili pepper (Lal Mirchi)
  6. 250 ml Mustard Oil (Sarson Ka Tel)

Procedure of making Galgal Pickle-

  1. Cut the galgals into small pieces and add all the ground ingredients and mix well.
  2. Now, put in a jar and pour oil over it. Oil should cover the pickle completely.
